Deduction money from wallet to bank
I am writing to report an issue regarding a recent transaction. An amount of 3000 was deducted from my wallet on 12th Apr2025 for a transfer to my bank account Indian Overseas Bank, A/C ending in 158601****06225, but the funds have not yet been credited to my account.
Pls check the attached A/C statement for your reference which password is 3113****

Payment issue money cut but not received other' account inquiry for my mobikwik Mobikwik.com is quite popular website for online recharge. I have used their services couple of times with success. Apart from mobile recharge, this website also provides services like paying bill or recharge on dish tv, reliance, tata sky, airtel digital TV, Videocone d2h, Sundirect etc.

Transaction is not showing in invoice history My problem is not being solved. The customer care people are driving me crazy for the last 10 days and their behaviour is very bad. I am not able to download the invoice of a transaction of Rs 9694 dated 13th.
I have made many complaints for this but my problem has not been solved yet, they are cheating me, Mobikwik application is a very bad app

The payment was made for 95000 for rent through mobikwik on 27th march the payment is still in pending status.. Customer care rep are still telling that it will be done in 48 hours from day 1 which is absolutely ridiculous.
If this issue is not resolved today, by sending to the receiver. It will be escalated to the highest level.
They have to understand the criticality of money and financial implications of customers And cannot be reluctant about it.
If I knew that it was so horrible I would have not used mobikwik. If this issue is not resolved, legal actions will be taken against mobikwik.
